Sea Isle Realty has been serving Sea Isle City for over 35 years. Broker of record, Stephen Freda and his wife, Dorette, established the business after becoming sole owners about ten years ago. In the '50s Stephen's father was involved in the development of the southern half of the island. His father had purchased a large tract of land from the city between 59th and 82nd Street from Landis Avenue to the Inland Waterway. He developed and sold cottages on that tract for 20 years as one of the owners of Freda Real Estate along with his partner Mathew Iannone Sr. In 1990, Stephen worked for Robert and Dorothy Lewis and after five years, he became a partner and established a a separate division of Sea Isle Realty that focused on new construction. The Lewis' eventually sold their interest to John Smolenak and about ten years ago, Stephen became the sole owner. Today, their son Stephen "Noah" and his wife, Sharyn manage the company as well making it a true family business. For the past 35 years, Sea Isle Realty has maintained success as a family owned and operated real estate company that serves Sea Isle City and the surrounding areas. The company currently employs twelve real estate associates on its team with a thorough appreciation for all aspects of real estate matchmaking.
