A year-round destination, the Ludlam Hotel is situated in the heart of town just minutes away from shopping, dining, local nightlife, and of course, the beach and promenade. Located right next door on the property is Shorebreak Cafe so you can stop in for a fresh morning cup of coffee and the Ludlam Bar & Grill for lunch and dinner options. All guests will enjoy amenities that include free wi-fi, free parking on-site, a mini-fridge, TV, beach tags for the duration of your stay, and more! During the season, there is a 1-night minimum during the week and a 2-night minimum during weekends. The off-season has just a 1-night minimum so you can take advantage of a last-minute getaway to Sea Isle any time of the year.

As part of a three-phase process, the Ludlam Hotel underwent renovations to all 24 rooms and the interior of the hotel lobby. New paint, accent walls, brand-new mattresses, linens, and more were part of the phase one renovations. Phase two included completely gutting and remodeling the bathrooms to increase their size as well as the installation of brand-new wall-to-wall sliders for the rooms, new siding, and new heating and air conditioning system.

As preparations begin for phase three, The Ludlam Hotel will be temporarily closed from January 2, 2023 to late spring to continue renovations with the exception of President's Day Weekend. Those wishing to come enjoy the long weekend can book a stay between February 10 - 20, 2023. Phase three renovations will include the installation of a brand-new elevator and additional cosmetic upgrades.
