Goodness Bowls opened in Avalon in 2019 and over the years has expanded to locations throughout the greater Philadelphia area and the Jersey Shore. Since its opening, the brand has been centered around high-quality food, positivity, and community, which is exactly what inspired Lisa Freeman, owner of the Sea Isle location, to bring Goodness Bowls to the island. Freeman, who has deep roots in the Jersey Shore, felt a connection to the brand and knew it would be a natural fit for the Sea Isle City community.
