McGowan's Market has been serving the Sea Isle City community since 1997 when John and Angela McGowan opened the establishment. Angela and her sister Tina, who also helps run the business, are Sea Isle City natives who grew up right on 39th Street and you can often find many other relatives and family of all generations working there.
CeCe Boutique
CeCe Boutique is a trendy shop that opened in the Townsends Inlet section of Sea Isle City three years ago. Owned and operated by mother-daughters trio, Irene Grugan, Katie Curry and Emily Grugan, the store carries unique and fashion forward women's clothing and accessories.
SIC Cruisers
SIC Cruisers has been serving Sea Isle City's bicycling industry since 2011. Owned and operated by Chris Sorenson, SIC Cruisers offers bicycle rentals, repairs and sales from the shop located at 6300 Landis Avenue. Sorenson who also owns Beachy Keen and co-owns Sisters Sweet Shoppe with her sisters, grew up at the shore and always wanted to own a beach shop.
Yacht Club of Sea Isle City
The Yacht Club of Sea Isle City, founded in 1940, is situated bayside with beautiful sunset views. The building was rebuilt in 2013 following Hurricane Sandy and has two floors with dining facilities and bar areas for club members to enjoy. In addition to being a popular wedding venue, YCSIC is proud of its long term commitment to youth sailing and teaching skills to the public and local community.
Heritage Surf and Sport
For over 55 years, Heritage Surf and Sport has been serving South Jersey as a premier surf and apparel shop with a variety of products for all seasons. Founded by East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame recipient and legendary surfboard shaper Dan Heritage, the shop originated in Sea Isle City and later expanded along the coast with additional locations in Ocean City and Margate.

Kathy's Boutique, owned by mother-daughter duo, Judy and Danielle Locatelli, is your one-stop shop for women's apparel and accessories. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase the iconic business on the Promenade, the Locatelli's knew it was the right move at that time and have owned the more than 30-year old business for the past seven years.

Spinners Pizza Ice Cream Grill is celebrating its 15th season in business this year. The success of the family owned and operated business started with owner Cecil Locatelli and his family.
Fratelli's Wood-Fired Pizzeria
Brothers, Bujar and Gani Daku opened a sixth restaurant, Fratelli's Wood-Fired Pizzeria, in April and celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 6. Open daily from 11am-11pm, the restaurant is located on the corner on 50th and Landis Ave., diagonally across from the family's other restaurant La Fontana Coast.
Mary Anne Pastry Shoppe
Easter weekend is here and its time to hop over to Mary Anne Pastry Shoppe, located on 44th Street, for delicious donuts, cinnamon buns, danish and so much more. The business is a third generation family owned and operated pastry shoppe offering original recipes and all of its products are handmade from scratch.
The Ocean Drive
A Sea Isle City tradition, The Ocean Drive first opened in the 19th century and continues to be a popular dining and nightlife destination for locals and visitors alike. In 1984 the restaurant was sold to Joe Roberts and in 2002 he sold the business to his cousin, Mike Roberts, longtime manager Ralph Pasceri, and Ralph's brother Pat Pasceri who have continued the longstanding tradition of great times in Sea Isle City.

La Fontana Coast has been serving authentic Italian cuisine in Sea Isle City since 2008. Executive Chef and Owner, Bujar Daku and his brother, Gani Daku opened La Fontana De Mare in Strathmere in 1998 before opening La Fontana Coast in Sea Isle City.
